General term for any liability coverage for claims brought against the insured by a third party or member of the public where they feel that they have suffered a loss or breakage as a result of your negligence (lack of care).
This can mean anything from someone tripping over a wire and breaking their leg all the way to a speaker falling of its stand and smashing the venue’s stage, and as i am sure you are all aware

TDMusic is insured up to £10,000,000 on any one claim by Musicians’ union Wales & South West England Region. A public liability certificate can be provided VIA e-mail before the day of the event, we also carry with us a copy of the certificate and the Musicians’ Union card which proves that we are a member.
